Floating support
Floating Support is offered to all women leaving the refuge, offering ressurance and ongoing support once a woman has decided it is time to take those next steps. It is designed to help you settle into your new home and new community giving help with a wide range of practical and emotional issues, and is extremely flexible inorder to meet individual needs.
Floating Support offers a range of services such as starting out in your new home (the basics), emotional support, housing,welfare and legal issues including accompanying to court and other appointments.
Floating Support can also help a woman in finding her way around an area if it is new to her, and in helping her integrate into new groups within her local area.
