Eva is working with the police on the 'Harmony' initiative which is providing increased resources to reduce violent crime in Redcar and Cleveland. Eva staff will accompany the police on call outs to domestic violence incidents to support the victim while the police deal with the perpetrator.

Exciting News for Eva
Eva has been awarded a grant from the Department of Healths Social Investment Fund to support families making a fresh start away from domestic abuse. The grant will be used to purchase properties in Redcar and Cleveland which families will be able to rent from Eva.
The Hideout
Women’s Aid have been working with women and children experiencing domestic violence for thirty years. Children and young people have told them again and again that they want more information about domestic violence that’s easy to read and understand. Children and Young Peoples Trust
The trust supports local organisations to make a difference to the lives of children, young people across the borough.
